Roland Ouellette and Ellen van Olden are the founding principals of SAFE APPROACH for MANAGING Aggressive Behavior (SAM®) and the SAM training program. Collectively they bring a tremendous amount of experience, knowledge and passion to the important issue of addressing and de-escalating school violence and workplace violence.
